For nearly 20 years, I've helped organizations turn messy data, manual workflows, and underused technology into time savings, better decisions, and measurable results.
My background spans federal contracting, defense analytics, and enterprise operations — including programs like the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, the Defense Contract Audit Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Department of the Air Force. But the work has always been about the same thing regardless of the environment: finding where effort is being wasted and building systems that eliminate it.
I've built analytics and reporting environments used by tens of thousands of people across large organizations. I've automated reporting processes that used to consume entire workweeks. And I've done analysis work that recovered $33 million in rebates that had been sitting unclaimed — because no one had built the right view of the data.
When AI tools started maturing, I was an early adopter and tester inside government contracting — helping teams figure out how to use generative AI effectively without creating compliance or security problems. I wrote adoption playbooks, built AI governance guidance, and introduced a Digital Readiness Level (DRL) framework to give organizations a practical way to assess where they actually are in AI adoption — not where they hope to be.
GovSafe Scrubber exists because I kept watching teams either avoid AI entirely out of fear, or use it recklessly without protecting their data. I built it to solve that problem: a local-first tool that scans and removes sensitive information before data ever touches an AI model. It works for government contractors, healthcare practices, law firms, financial teams, and any organization that handles information they can't afford to expose.
