About Innovix Dynamix

For nearly 20 years in federal contracting, defense analytics, and digital tooling, I've helped government teams turn messy data and manual workflows into decisions, savings, and time back. As an Air Force veteran with a background in logistics, maintenance operations, and mission support, I've supported programs and agencies including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, Defense Contract Audit Agency, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the Department of the Air Force.

My work has included building analytics and reporting environments used by tens of thousands of DoD users, supporting logistics, aerospace maintenance, and contract portfolios worth billions, while cutting manual reporting cycles by up to 70% through automation. One government spending program analysis overhaul I led recovered $33M in rebates that had been left on the table. I've done this across roles spanning hands-on BI development, data science, and program management.

I was an early tester for NIPRGPT inside Air Force contracting and helped teams prepare for the transition to GenAI.mil now rolling out across the department. Along the way, I've written adoption playbooks, case studies, and technical guidance to help contracting and acquisition teams use AI and digital tools without breaking compliance. I also introduced a Digital Readiness Level (DRL) framework—adapted from Technology Readiness Levels—to give Air Force and GovCon partners a practical way to assess where they are in technology adoption and what improvement actually looks like.

I don't just train on AI—I build tools that enforce the rules. GovSafe Scrubber is a local-first application I developed to scan and redact PII and CUI before data ever touches an AI model, giving GovCon and federal teams a safer way to use AI on sensitive workloads. This enables contractors and their teams to quickly sanitize data before it touches vital system infrastructures. It exists because I got tired of watching teams either avoid AI entirely or use it recklessly.

Through Innovix Dynamix, I focus on AI enablement for government contractors and federal programs: training teams to use generative AI on real work, designing workflows that respect data and security boundaries, and turning tools like GenAI.mil into measurable gains instead of shelfware. Innovix exists because of the reality of government work—and I know where technology accelerates the mission and where it just becomes noise.
