1. Scope of this notice

This notice applies to the public Innovix Dynamix website, website analytics, and information submitted through the forms hosted on this domain. Talos, Vspoke, and other linked products may maintain separate product-specific privacy notices for information handled inside those products.

2. Information you provide

The inquiry forms collect your name, email address, consent, and the details you choose to provide. A Vspoke request also asks for an Android device and intended use. A product-sprint inquiry asks for a company and business problem, with optional team-size, timeline, and budget information.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, health records, government identifiers, confidential client material, or other sensitive data through these inquiry forms.

3. Technical, request, and campaign information

Web hosting and analytics services may receive standard technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic data. Source-page and campaign values may accompany a form submission when they are present in the page URL.

For form rate limiting, the server uses an address supplied in request headers, the user-agent value, or the submitted email as a fallback to create a one-way keyed request hash. The lead record receives that hash rather than the raw address or full user-agent value.

4. Analytics and browser controls

This site uses Google Analytics to measure page use and selected product interactions, including product views, Talos outbound clicks, and successful form-event names. Innovix does not intentionally place the contents entered in lead-form fields into those custom analytics events.

Google Analytics may use browser storage or similar technologies under Google's own terms. You can use browser controls, privacy extensions, or an applicable Google Analytics opt-out mechanism to limit this measurement.

5. How Innovix uses information

• Store, review, and respond to the request you submitted.
• Evaluate private-beta fit or a potential product-engineering engagement.
• Limit spam, repeated submissions, misuse, and security threats.
• Understand website and product-page usage.
• Maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

6. Service providers and disclosures

Vercel hosts the website and processes web requests. Supabase handles lead storage and rate-limit operations. Resend delivers notification email. Google provides website analytics. These providers process information for their respective services under their own contractual terms and privacy practices.

Innovix may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets. Innovix does not sell lead-form information, and form consent does not enroll you in marketing.

7. Retention

Innovix retains inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the request, maintain business records, protect the website, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve a dispute. A single fixed deletion period is not currently published because the appropriate period can depend on the request and any resulting business relationship.

Hosting, email, analytics, and security providers may retain their own service records under their respective retention practices.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, or object to or limit certain processing. Innovix may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Innovix will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. Because this site does not offer an account dashboard, requests are handled directly by email.

9. Children's privacy

This commercial website and its inquiry forms are intended for adults. Innovix does not knowingly use this site to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information through the site, contact Innovix so the record can be reviewed.

10. Safeguards and processing locations

The implemented form path uses server-side validation, a honeypot field, rate-limit checks, server-held credentials, and restricted database access. These safeguards reduce risk but do not make any website or storage method risk-free.

Innovix and its providers may process information in the United States or other locations where those providers operate. This notice does not promise US-only storage or a particular compliance certification.

Links may take you to Talos, Vspoke, or another external service. The destination controls its own information practices. Review the privacy notice presented by that service before submitting information there.

12. Changes and contact

Innovix may update this notice as the website, forms, or providers change. The updated date above will change when the notice is revised. Email Innovix for a privacy question or request, and do not include credentials or other sensitive information in the initial message.
