Company

A veteran-owned company in Lake Mary, Florida.

Innovix Dynamix helps small businesses figure out where AI actually saves time, and builds small, focused tools for the busywork that slows teams down.

Jay Cadmus.
Close to the work.

I'm an Air Force veteran with about 20 years across the military and defense world, most of the last decade in data and analytics.

I started Innovix to bring that work home: find the real problem first, then decide whether AI is the right answer at all.

I live in Lake Mary and run Innovix myself. When you work with Innovix, you work with me.

Why Innovix

Most busywork hides inside a workaround.

Retyping the same thing, decoding a dense contract, moving information through a process that outgrew its tools. That's where I start looking.

Talos and Vspoke come from that point of view. Each one takes a single frustrating job and makes it easier.

The AI Assessment works the same way, just pointed at your business instead of a product.

How we operate

How I work.

Useful before impressive

The work earns attention by removing friction, not by adding spectacle.

Boundaries create speed

A clear user, job, and release boundary keep the product honest.

Proof lives in use

Real workflows, reliable output, and direct feedback decide what ships next.

Veteran-owned

The Air Force taught me to be clear about the objective, own the outcome, and build things that work when people are counting on them. That's still the standard.
